  • Condition of Product: The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition are not eligible.
  • Proof of Purchase: Provide a receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Downloaded software products
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Customized or personalized items

3. Refund Process

  • Original Shipping: If a refund is approved, any original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, please contact us.
